Nope! Every workout is designed for home — no fancy equipment needed. Just a bit of space, your own bodyweight and resistance bands which you can pick up on amazon for under £10 (just shoot me a message and I can shoot you a link for them).

How long are the workouts?

Most sessions are 20–30 minutes, 3–4 times a week. Quick enough to fit into your day, but long enough to make a difference. You can complete them at whatever day and time suits you best.

Will you tell me what to eat?

I’ll give you some beginner-friendly nutrition guides that focuses on high-protein, balanced meals — no strict diets, no cutting carbs and no missing out on social events.

Are there recipes included?

Yes! You’ll get a mini recipe pack with quick, family-friendly meals so you’re never stuck for ideas.

What if I struggle to stay motivated?

I’ll check in with you regularly via my app, we are in this together!
